This contemporary style property is build over three floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor; -all south facing with access to a terrace on which you can enjoy your early morning coffee complemented with the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. On the middle floor one finds one double bedroom suite and the entertainment area with sliding door to the exterior terracing and at the lower floor is 2 bedrooms a spa area with Jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath and shower.
The outdoor area has a pool of 6*3,5 m. The dining table can seat 12 persons and a large gas BBQ is provided. There are plenty of sun lounges on the terrace deck.
